A lot of fun and water park
Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to escalate a formal complaint regarding the deeply unprofessional and profoundly disrespectful treatment I experienced from a staff member, Mr. Kamal, yesterday.
While I was waiting for an Uber outside, Mr. Kamal approached me in a public manner and brought up an unpaid balance for the evening. He did so in front of other guests, which was highly embarrassing and seemed designed to make me feel as though I was avoiding payment.
When I confronted him about the oversight and asked why eClinicalWorks hadn't been charged, he responded in a lazy and reckless manner, stating that the staff was just too busy in the morning.
This entire confrontation was not only rude and unprofessional, but it also distracted me to the point that I missed my ride, causing me severe stress and anxiety. This incident has completely distressed my day, and I want this escalated to upper management to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I will never stay at this hotel again and will advise others to avoid it as well.
