Overall, the hotel experience was really good. The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable.
The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. When I asked about playing Arabic music, I was told that it was not allowed, which was honestly disappointing, especially for Arabic guests who would enjoy hearing some familiar music and culture during the evening entertainment.
