We arrived at 1 PM, it took us only about 20 minutes to be in our room, special thanks to Ms. Samar from guest relations who made sure that we will have the most comfortable stay, the room is very comfortable and well equipped, there are many pools, for kids, for adults, they are all clean and entertaining, also there is a good aqu park which my kids loved so much, the beach is amazing, very clear water and so many colored fish, food is very delicious with many varieties, they also serve many kinds of fresh fruits, Thanks to Mr. Milad at the main restaurant for taking good care of everything and making sure we didn't need anything, also thanks to Islam at the fruit station for his friendly and warm attitude and for serving the most delicious mango, there are many cafes and bars, you must try Bella Vista at day and Fancy Flamingo at night.
After trying many other resorts, we have finally found Desert Rose, this is our 7th stay there and sure there will be more stays in Desert Rose in the future.
We had to leave back home.

The resort is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly—from the reception team to Ms. Samar El-Noby (Guest Relations), Mr. Milad (Restaurant Manager), and Mr. Ayman and Mr. Hany (Bar Managers). Every staff member is dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay.
The swimming pools are varied and very clean.
The beach is vast and sandy, with a separate area suitable for snorkeling.
The hotel features a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The housekeeping team performs their work with great professionalism.
The animation team is not good enough; they need to improve their performance and increase the activities they offer.
The property is very large, so the number of golf carts needs to be increased.
There are no activities at the swimming pools.

The area is spacious. A lot of facilities. The harbour and the beach are perfect. All inclusive hours and variety is wide range.
The breakfast selection is very limited and lacks variety. The SPA hours are unreasonably short. The staff can be intrusive and often slow to understand even simple requests.
The restaurants are constantly fully booked, making it nearly impossible to get a table, even when trying to reserve in advance. Guest relations staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude with bad knowledge of English.
A particularly frustrating issue is that staff routinely assume any Slavic-looking guest is Russian and address them in Russian, regardless of their actual nationality. This reflects a lack of cultural awareness and sensitivity, which is especially inappropriate in the current global context.
There were also several uncomfortable incidents where staff members or locals behaved inappropriately toward foreign women, including those with children.the londry was of poor quality.
The water park is poorly organized, and staff are not helpful when it comes to the shortage and providing of the pool floats. Overall, the experience was disappointing and does not meet expected standards.
