We had an amazing stay at SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort, and everything exceeded our expectations.
A very special thank you to Mr. Momen from Reception, who took care of us even before we arrived. Everything we requested was already prepared in our room, and throughout our stay he was always available, following up on everything and making sure all our requests were fulfilled. His attention and hospitality were truly exceptional.
I would also like to thank all the wonderful staff — in the restaurants, bars, housekeeping, activities, and the lifeguards. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely doing their best to make guests happy.
The food was delicious and very diverse, the pools and beach were excellent, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment to enjoy. The cleanliness throughout the resort was also excellent.
What really makes this resort special is the hospitality. You can feel that every member of the team genuinely cares about your experience and wants you to enjoy your stay.
Thank you to the entire SUNRISE Garden team for making our holiday so memorable. ❤️

Everything was great.
Salad and snacks corners weren't good, where the chef recipes need to be improved. But the quality of food and variety are good.

The beach is ok and acrobatic show
The coffee and bars were fine
Beach bar was great and profissionals
Waiters were polite and helpful
Room amenities and furniture were bad
Balcony doesnt have a direct view
Buildings were old but upgraded
Food and a la carte restaurants were awful
Indian restaurant was worst of all
Alot of varieties with no taste
Animation team werent very helpful nor friendly except for castello
Eggplants everyday all over the main buffet
Alot of walking in direct sun and golf cars upon waiting and requests
Beach umbrellas are small making no shadows
Windshields bloking the view all over the beach
Beach are reserved all day from 7.30 am till down
Shows are repetetive
Time schedule for shows werent clear or known
There wasnt a dont disturb sign at the room
Room service were owful
Minibar doesnt work at all
Snacks lacks any variety
No elevators at all the place only one at the reception
