The place is very family friendly, while it also serves as a great place for couples. Rooms are great: size and equipment. Staff was great, understandable and very helpful. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner cover all cultures and so much variety.
Internet was really weak in room and in some places in the main lobby and restaurant.
I didn't need to go outside, but the hotel place was a bit hard. I think you will always need some arranged transportation to get you to the main outside attractions or to the main city of Hurghada.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is great, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire staff was extremely polite, respectful, and friendly. Highly recommended!

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Mirna, who was super helpful with our registration. They even gave us a free late check-out! We stayed until 5 PM, had our lunch, and kept enjoying our drinks even after checking out. That was a really nice touch from them. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and highly respectful. Overall, it was a really good stay.
The only downside for us was the animation team. They were a bit quiet, or maybe the other guests were just quiet at the time. Since we are two young guys, we were hoping for more action and activities around the pool. The overall vibe was a bit too calm for what we wanted, but everything else was perfect.
