The hotel is spacious and family-friendly, with large pools, a good aqua park, and several restaurants. Most of the staff were attentive, especially Mr. Shady, the Reception Manager, who regularly checked if we needed anything.
The room cleanliness was disappointing. There were several small insects in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was not properly clean, with slippery floors and walls.
The food was good and reasonably varied, but nothing exceptional.
Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast box prepared for our early airport departure. The bread was not fresh, and the contents were very basic and disappointing, especially compared to the good open-buffet breakfast available at the hotel.
