Everything was perfect .. starting with the reception “ Mr Karim Nasser “ who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home even before we arrived he contacted us helped us with a smooth check in and maintained contact with us daily to make sure all our needs were met , i truly believe our stay turned out that way thanks to him such a professional friendly hardworking man
also miss Sara from Reception was so helpful
Mohamed the kids Aqua Life guard is the best our daughter had a fall away from him he came to help her cleaned up the wound and everything, we felt safe leaving the kids on his watch
Animation team “ Honda & Kareem “ are the best
Food staff “ Alaa , Mohamed Ezz “ from Gamila

انا حابه اقول ان دي فعلا من احلى الفنادق اللى روحتها
الاستاف تعامله تحفه وبيقعدوا يهزروا مع الولاد واي حاجه قبل ما نحتاجها بنلاقيها
البول واللايف جارد كويسين جدا جدا حقيقي اتبسطنا جدا
الفندق اكله كمان اكتر من رائع واى حاجه تحلم بس بيها هتلاقيها
حابين كمان نشكر ا كريم جدا ع ذوقه وتعامله الرائع لحد اخر لحظه واحنا بنطلب الاوبر بعد الcheck out اللى هو احنا خلاص ماشيين بس لاخر لحظه قمه الذوق

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace, and I would especially like to thank Mr Karim for his exceptional support. Whenever we had any concern or issue, he handled it with great ease and was always very quick to respond and assist. His professionalism and responsiveness truly made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
A special thank you as well to Mr. Mohamed Selim, who is a very respectful and professional person and always goes the extra mile to make sure the guests are completely satisfied. Mr. Mohamed Basiony also deserves special recognition for his excellent service and hospitality.
In general, all the staff members were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, with a truly outstanding level of hospitality.
The hotel itself is very clean, and the food is excellent, with a great variety of choices. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sunrise Mamlouk Palace for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
