Huge resort with an amazing variety of food. Staff were so nice and welcoming also. Could not fault it
Just the entertainment for children could have been more inclusive. More options in English etc

The hotel’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent. The BBQ restaurant was absolutely fantastic, both in terms of its concept and the quality of the food.
The only negative points I would mention about the hotel are that there can sometimes be some issues with sun loungers around the pool, although the staff do a good job of resolving them.
The aquapark at the other hotel, which is used as the resort’s aquapark, was genuinely very dirty.
Another negative aspect was the behaviour of some local Egyptian boys towards the tourist children. They were extremely rude and used inappropriate and offensive language. This is not an acceptable situation. When staff or adults intervened and tried to address the behaviour, it sometimes led to problems with the children’s families.

I loved everything about the hotel! The experience was overall wonderful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Manar at the reception for her amazing hospitality, professionalism, and support!
