The location was really convenient! The room was clean enough!Nice toiletries too
The shower drain was clogged. They came to fix it but maybe wasnt fixable because everytime we showered the water moved next to the toilet area.The staff was not the most helpfull staff you will come across to.

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness and facilities
The external taxi company the hotel use - the taxi driver who collected me to take me to the airport was extremely rude and unprofessional - the taxi company should have words with him about his poor attitude - I’d appreciate if the hotel could inform the taxi company about this driver’s behaviour because it’s unacceptable
