Breakfast was excellent
The Check in was a bit late , they could’ve told us we could with wait around the pool since was a nice place with chairs and a restaurant our plane landed earlier and was not a option the pay for a day more

We have stayed at their sister property in Paris and were not expecting much but were happy to see that the rooms had good amount of light (our biggest issue in Paris), the staff were very very helpful with all the questions and needs we had, there is a beautiful restaurant on site as well as a coffee shop downstairs, it is well connected to the rest of the city, just steps away from the metro, the luxury shopping street and the big El Corte Ingles as well as close to a grocery store and a car rental right across the street, there is also on site parking which was great to have.
the rooms were so small with the window only opening just a little bit, had to keep it open all day just to get some air in there. We stayed in the "deluxe studio" and I would not say it was comfortable for two people, way too crammed. i am most certain the bathrooms have a mold problem, the kitchenette was not stocked well, two plates and one kitchen knife is hardly enough to prepare real food, there were no paper towels provided, the cleaning rag smelled so bad and we had to buy our own supplies.

They had a really relaxing vibe, with nice music that I could hear when opening my window. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable. And the staff were very helpful and kind. Also great location!
Nothing I can think of

bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine
No daily housekeeping was very disappointing as well as not having a phone in the room. Those are two very important features for me.
