Located off a cul-de-sac and on one acre, this stunning home provides a private paradise near all the action. Spend fun-filled days exploring the area - your retreat is just down the road from downtown Paso Robles and fantastic wineries. Picnic baskets and other supplies are provided. At home, find abundant outdoor space. A private deck offers multiple access points and spans nearly 1,000 square feet. The sprawling yard boasts beautiful landscaping and incredible views of the mountains and the surrounding area. Alfresco dining and several lounge areas provide generous seating, creating a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee. In the afternoons, cook out on the gas grill and enjoy family games like cornhole on the large cemented area. Two firepits (one gas and one wood) provide added outdoor allure. Inside, 2,474 square feet of stylish living space features large windows and soaring ceilings. Family-friendly items include board games. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with upscale stainless steel appliances like a five-burner gas range and French-door fridge. A large kitchen island provides plenty of prep space, while an enormous pantry includes an additional sink, wine fridge, and coffee maker. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, outfitted with a reading nook, desk, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large steam shower and separate soaking tub. The bunk room offers a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own account. This vacation rental is not suitable for parties. The occupancy rules for Paso Robles clearly state there should be no more than 10 people during the day. There is a fourth bedroom in this home that is not accessible or available to guests with its own separate entry as the owner occupies this room. Due to its separate entryway, the owner will not enter the rest of the property, nor will it present any disruption to guests. Guests still have a private entrance to the home and have access to the entire home besides this one room that will remain off-limits at all times. This home uses a tankless water heater, and it could take up to five minutes to heat the primary bathroom since it's farthest away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Two face the backyard, one points to the front yard, one overlooks the driveway, and one faces the front stoop. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We really enjoyed the house. It was well stocked. Best wine glasses we’ve had at a vacation rental. Great views. Very comfortable couches and beds. Thanks for a fun short trip to paso wine country!!!

We loved the view and the kitchen/living space area. All the bathrooms were updated and attractive. The downside was the water took an enormous time to heat up every usage; plus you needed to turn shower on to heat up sink faucet water.

We loved the kitchen, great room and master suite. We would suggest that the owners get a backup water heater as it took well over 3 minutes to get water to the master bath and we felt terrible wasting so much water in California. This home does have spices, foils, wraps and oils even though we were told that they did not and purchased these supplies before we checked into the house. We would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials. It is conveniently located and central to many vineyards and downtown. My sisters and I had an amazing extended weekend getaway and greatly enjoyed our time at this lovely home.

Great for a girls' trip to Paso. We all had plenty of room both for privacy and social time. One of the best appointed kitchens we have ever stayed in. Great location just a short drive from downtown.

Lovely property. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Three full bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. So nice to have a garage to park our car. Lovely, quiet neighborhood for walking along the rolling hills. Close driving distance to town and many wineries.

Beautiful home, great for entertaining! We booked Christmas weekend and hosted dinner for 14 people. Overnight guest number must follow the limits, and we did... but we are local, so had family over for a lovely gathering. The kitchen, dining and living room space were perfect for this purpose. The views are amazing and the rest of the home is exquisite. Loved the master steam shower and bath as well!

I have to start off by saying that this home was beautiful and looked as advertised in pictures. That itself is the 2 stars! The communal space was a wonderful and comfortable place for our group to gather and enjoy each other's company for a long overdue birthday celebration. However, the low star rating is due to a few things that occurred during our stay here: - The cooling AC did not work on the hottest day of year so far. It was a blazing 100+ degrees (F) in early June and the AC failed us. As much as we wanted to enjoy the house/indoors since this weekend was also quite pricey, we were all sweating while standing as hot air was blown around the house and inevitably had to seek cooler options elsewhere. The guy who tried to fix the AC was also drenched in sweat as he left hopelessly with a "good luck". - One of the 3 showers didn't drain properly after 1 shower. The inch of water was left in the shower the rest of the night and while the plumber dropped by to unclog this situation the next day, the plumber made a mess and still couldn't fix the problem. - Ants, just another unfortunate heat thing I suppose.

Great house; adequately furnished with most everything you need. Large, open kitchen / living areas that could accommodate a family gathering very easily (if allowed). Patio / Deck areas are fabulous. House is newly updated and appealing. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood and nice views.
