Two floor loft like living very centrally located in Brookline MA. Very centrally located in Brookline Village. A few minutes walk to the T and very close to the hospital district. The space Large, main bedroom with en suite bathroom, two other bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a massive 1200 sq feet open space encompassing the living room, kitchen and dining room. Our second time staying here, and we hope to stay again. Mike’s communication is topnotch. The perfect place for multi-generational family hangout time. The open concept allows for cooking and dining to happen while the kids play within view. Location is fantastic. Be aware that the house is basically on the train track with trains passing every 15-20 minutes. We kind of think it’s cool (like you’re in a Wes Anderson film or something), but if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing it could be pretty not cool.

We had a nice stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable. There are many stairs which could be a concern depending on the age and mobility of those in your party. Would have preferred the TV in the great room rather than the primary bedroom. And for those coming in spring or summer, it gets light in Boston very early (5am) and the curtains in primary don’t do much so a sleep mask would be something to add to your packing list. Overall we were pleased with this stay.

This space was exactly what we needed. We stayed over the Easter holiday weekend while visiting family at Brigham and Women's hospital. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. Loved all the extras that helped keep the kids busy, like baskets of toys for our youngest, a chalkboard and games. Our kids named it the "Boston Funhouse". :) There was plenty of room to move about without feeling like we were on top of one another. Mike was great to communicate with and responded within minutes to any questions we had. Overall a fabulous experience!
