Very good

Loved the food court attached and the fact that we could walk to Fenway park from the hotel.

The parking garage got flooded and we had to walk thru two feet of water. Also, no AC in the hallway. So it was hot. The restaurant was not opened on weekends either

I will never go back only good thing food court and cvs right there

Man at desk very nice person who answers phone rude I called from the phone in the room for times they didn’t answer and then calls from my cell phone and they answered on the first ring. I told her I was calling from my room and her answer was she was busy yet she answered the cell phone call.

Walks were peeling bathroom wasn’t clean I had to wipe it down

There was no breakfast/lunch/dinner for the hotel. Payment was more at the desk then what I paid for over app.

Over priced room with condescending personnel.

Room was clean.

Front desk personnel was rude and surly. When I asked for a quiet room away from ice machines and elevators I was given a room directly across from the housekeeping center for the floor. Nasty work.

Although I had a very short stay, it was very pleasant.

The room setup was better than I expected, I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave, because I wasn't expecting that in the room. I also enjoyed the room service, even though it was pricey, it was worth it after a long traveling day. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. The staff, especially Beatriz and Yves were especially pleasant and very helpful to my family and I.

A good place it you have reason to be near the hospitals nearby.

The restaurant was closed on the weekend, and most days I ended up getting an egg sandwich in the food court and taking it back to my room.

The temperature in the room was hard to regulate - either a bit too cold or a bit too warm. And the heater was a noisy thing by the window that blew hot air around.

we stayed here because our son was having surgery at BCC and its right there by one block

staff was very friendly and hotel was clean

the hotel met all of our needs. the restaurant had a good variety. room service was great!

Very good

It was extremely noisy and I was there for my daughter who needed the children’s hospital. The room had a funny smell as well. The front desk staff overall was very kind but you had to wait forever for someone to come from the back to help you.

I work across the street so the location of the hotel is perfect. When my shift was over I just walked over The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The check in clerk was very friendly.

Very good

Beds and bedding were awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and microwave were very convenient.

No electric kettle or proper mugs and plates in room. Only paper cups. And they were not microwave safe. Windows do not open even a little. No bidet. (But that is all over the USA not just in this Inn)
