Location is a big plus. Hotel staff were friendly for most part. Reasonable facilities like Gum.
House keeping was not consistent. We had to call couple of times for the room cleaning. Coffee and cup refills had to be requested. Bath Towels were worn out.

Parking is atrocious, not even a sign to enter and then the worst parking garage I have ever been in.
Breakfast buffet was no where. Should not be advertised

the breakfast was lovely, just disappointed that i couldn't get coffee after 10 am.
the room wasn't very clean, and wasn't cleaned while we were there. and it was super dark in the room. the heating/ac was also hard to regulate so we were either too hot or too cold.
