The hotel is in a quiet location with easy valet parking available. The receptionsits were friendly, accomodating and efficient. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Overall the hotel is quiet. An added bonus is the purple iris theme throughout.
We had breakfast in the restaurant that was not good. The service was extremely slow to the point it felt like no one was working the room. It took a long time to get coffee and once someone took our order it was another 45 minutes to receive basic eggs. The other patrons were visibly/audibly upset with the delays and lack of service which killed the dining vibe. I recommend going out for breakfast as this was a waste of time and money. The staff acted like they were doing the patrons a favor by bringing out the food. So bizarre for a restaurant to provide lackadaiscal service and food.

Excellent rooms and service and staff very warm
I have one very big issue with the hotel and booking- the hotel only gave me an invoice for the extras but not for the board and room paid thru Booking. They say that booking must provide it. Booking says the hotel should provide it. I need the invoice (not just a receipt) in order to expense it. This is critical Please assist

Nice, clean room, great location.
I waited a literal 35 minutes for an omelette and a cappuccino at breakfast from 8:20am to 8:55am, when I decided to leave, omelette-less, because my food still hadn't arrived and I had to go to a meeting. I did get the cappuccino (after asking for it a second time). Four table out of maybe twenty actually had guests, so it was not rush hour, just an absolute travesty.
