The staff was very nice and helpful, my flight was delayed and arrived at midnight and I was expected with smiles and a good vibe. The room was ok, for the price I paid. Has shops and few cafes nearby.
The location felt unsafe, especially arriving so late, the area is quite dirty (not Pension Bertolin's fault). The room was clean but the floor could use some maintenance. It can get a bit noisy.

Staff were really friendly. They helped me with ice packs when I sprained my ankle. Beds were super comfy too.
