Walking distance to the French Quarter you can explore by foot. Not feeling adventurous? Relax in our private brick courtyard and covered patio complete with a grill, water feature and comfy furniture. ● Each bedroom features a bit of modern luxury with plush down comforters and both memory foam and down pillows to allow for a good night’s sleep ● Comfortably sleeps 8 (2 King , 1 Queen and 1 Full) ● 3 full bathrooms ● Private brick courtyard and covered patio with grill and outdoor dining ● Plenty of desktop areas available to get work done ● Four smart TVs ● Bluetooth speaker and high speed internet ● Air conditioning unit in each room ● Large chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, and eclectic cookbooks ● Bath products, fresh towels, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience ● Washer/Dryer as well as iron & ironing board Guest Access: The guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay including the private gated parking spaces. The Neighborhood: Across from an original Banksy that popped up on an abandoned building shortly after Katrina, the house is safely and conveniently located in Marigny. You will be centrally located to all New Orleans attractions and a quick 15-minute walk to the center of the French Quarter. There, you can then take in the only riverfront views of the Mississippi River from Jackson Square, listen to jazz, and explore the local French Market. Getting Around: The area is safe to walk around and has many bustling restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. Distance to the following: ● French Quarter: 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car ● Downtown: 7 minutes by car ● WWII Museum: 11 minutes by car ● Super Dome: 11 minutes by car ● Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 20 minutes by car ● Convention Center: 11 minutes by car ● Tulane University: 15 minutes by car Other Things to Note: Terrific for family gatherings or to visit NOLA with friends for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, etc I have additional spaces if needed, please feel free to message me with any requests. There are two security cameras on the property located at the front entrance and side parking area. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are also 4 cameras operated by the city of New Orleans located on the street side of the house for security and are recording 24/7. House was wonderful for a group. We cooked a lot and the house was stocked with great kitchen stuff. No big issues, but thought there were supposed to be bbq grills, toilet paper we had to purchase additional, ac in the pool room wasn’t working well, and additional towels would have been nice. But we made it work, and enjoyed the house. We will definately re-book this destination. Upstairs bedroom at the end of hall, light and tan didn’t not work, but lamps were good. The fan would of helped in the extremely high heat though. Property was great to accommodate a large group of 8.

We had a group of 8 stay for jazz fest weekend. Very convenient to Frenchmen St. Relatively convenient to jazz fest and other parts of town, walkable if you are up for it. Decor is really well done - funky, with character and still felt historic. Bedroom off the master lacks a bit of privacy but was fine.
