A living space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (electric oven, 4 gas hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, as well as filter and capsule coffee makers) with a table and 6 chairs. It opens onto a small lounge comprising a 3-seater sofa, a pouffe, a coffee table and a television.

Bedroom 1 equipped with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), bedside tables, a clothes rail and a Breton wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 also featuring a double bed (140 cm), bedside tables, storage and a clothes rail.

A bathroom with a bathtub, a vanity unit and storage. A washing machine is installed in the hallway. The accommodation is heated by electric radiators.

Although the large garden is shared with the ground floor tenants, you benefit from a part of this garden for your sole use. This side of the garden includes a table, chairs and sun loungers.



Locmaria-Plouzané and the tip of Finistère offer an exceptional natural setting and numerous activities. Your accommodation is located:

- In a very quiet and little-trafficked cul-de-sac.

- 50 m from Portez's fine sandy beach, a magnificent family beach supervised in summer, accessible on foot in less than a minute for your swimming and sunsets.

- Just a stone's throw from the mythical GR34 hiking trail, accessible directly at the end of the street, it promises you superb coastal walks along the wild cliffs of the Iroise Sea.

- 2.5 km from Locmaria-Plouzané town centre, where you will find all the essential local shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy). For your outings, restaurants, crêperies and boutiques, you will also be only 10 minutes' drive from the charming port of Conquet or Plougonvelin.
