This location is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts have thought of everything. There are so many little luxuries they have added like towel warmers and an ice maker that you do not routinely see elsewhere. This had one of the best views I have ever had at a lodging before. I loved my time here.

Really cute place that is perfect for a solo traveler or for two.
I was initially concerned about the sharing of the property with the other rental but I can confirm that both spaces are thoughtfully private.
No complaints or dislikes.

ALMOST everything. Except for the excessive fee for shipping a hat we left behind, it was incredible. The stay felt intimate, connected to nature, fun, unique, and extremely comfortable. Returning the hat for a $50 fee felt corporate and opportunistic. The experience is more than repeatable. Just don't expect a warm interaction if anything is forgotten by mistake.
The dismissive, corporate, out-of-character approach to resolving the issue of a hat we forgot upon checkout.

The view
The bathroom is inconveniently located far downstairs. The bed is on the second floor of the unit in a loft with a sketchy ladder to climb. The windows were dirty even though the view was the main attraction to the property. Unit was very cramped for two people with luggage. Ventilation in the unit was poor including heating. This property would be very difficult for an older couple. Also, the neighbors weren’t friendly and it seemed that we weren’t welcome from the immediate texts we received on the booking app from going 10 mph on the dirt road creating “dust”. All in all, it’s overpriced and there are way better options in the area. The view is not worth $500+ a night.
