Stunning location. The views from dining area are incredible and a great spot to dolphin watch from.
Very comfortable with good sized rooms and lots of bathrooms.
Incredibly well equipped enabling us to cook some great evening meals whilst overlooking the stunning scenery.
Welcome basket of local foods and some fizz was a lovely gesture. Thank you.
Only minor thing for us was there were only 2 outside chairs and we were a party of 4 adults but that is me being picky.

Fab base for exploring the Grampian Coast although there’s not a great deal in Buckie itself. The house is on high ground with a phenomenal view over the water - we saw some amazing sunsets and the kitchen diner is perfectly appointed. Short walk to the beach and a kids play park.
A few things let it down – bathrooms are very dated and need refreshed. Fridge was dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it before use. But the biggest downside for me that there’s no outdoor space to speak of, which the description doesn’t make clear. There’s a tiny metal table and two chairs but no actual garden and worst of all it’s not secured (although they could easily put a gate either side but they haven’t done) so it’s impossible to let a child or a dog outside, which was a big disappointment for us.
