While every corner of the space is fully functional, it carries a charming and endearing quirkiness, with areas that exhibit a well-loved and slightly weathered charm. - Self Check-In √ - High-Speed WiFi ✔ - Ready "Work-From-Home" space.✔ - Dishwasher√ - In-suite Laundry √ - Plush Beds √ - Smart TV√ The Space: Committed to clean √ We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies √ We cleaned, mopped and/or dusted before sanitizing √ We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay √ All high-touch surfaces have been sanitized, down to the doorknob The Neighborhood: Nestled in a serene and family-friendly neighborhood, Rosemeade Avenue exudes tranquility and peace. We kindly request that you honor this ambiance by refraining from hosting large gatherings or engaging in noisy activities that may disrupt the calm surroundings. Indulge in the enchanting allure of our hidden getaway, as this basement apartment offers a sense of seclusion and retreat. Tucked away in the quiet corners of the town, it provides a sanctuary where you can unwind and enjoy a blissful escape from the outside world. Embrace the serene ambiance and revel in the tranquility that awaits you at Rosemeade Avenue. Getting Around: There is lots of free street parking right outside our house, and we occasionally have room in the narrow driveway... so if you have a car this is an excellent place to stay. If you plan to bus/bike/walk, you will be roughly 10-15 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Other Things to Note: While we acknowledge that certain areas of our property, such as the bathroom, kitchen cupboards, and electrical plugs, may show signs of wear and age, we want to assure you that we go the extra mile to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Despite these flaws, our dedication to cleanliness ensures that you will find the property well-maintained and pristine during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priority as we strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for you. Only one pet is allowed per stay. The second pet is only upon request before a reservation. Pet is limited up to 50 pounds. Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet. We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE: ● Salt and pepper ● 1 paper towel ● 2x toilet paper per bathroom ● 4 bath towels, 4 face cloths, 2 hand towels ● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer) ● 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher) If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself Interaction with Guests: We value your experience and want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable stay with us. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, we will respond promptly to messages and inquiries, providing the necessary information and support to enhance your stay. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, assistance with amenities, or guidance on any aspect of your booking, we are here to help. Please note that our availability outside of these hours may be limited, but we will do our best to address any urgent matters as promptly as possible.
