Excellent location, clean room, helpful staff - harbour view was lovely
Clarity beforehand on parking would have been helpful - the hotel has its own underground car park which we were not aware of.

The location of this hotel is excellent and even though it is not right on the promenade, it only has a car park between it and the river, giving excellent river/sea views if you book a river/sea-view room. Staff were all lovely, friendly and polite and our bed/pillows were very comfortable.
This is an older hotel that has been partly refurbished but the exterior does look a bit older and doesn't exactly have lots of kerb appeal. However inside it is much better

The location was brilliant and the staff really tried their best in trying circumstances
They were obviously having several infrastructure and software issues at the time we stayed but the staff really tried hard to overcome all of this and make the stay pleasant
