The hotel was well located, a short walk to the citadel and wharf. The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower had plenty of hot water. The lobby, bar, and restaurant breakfasts were excellent.

Location was good. Great pubs and restaurants close to hotel and easy walk to waterfront and other attractions. Did not feel the need for a car. Staff were friendly.
Noise level. (not talking city noise as that is unavoidable). Maybe if we were on higher floor would have been better.
Could hear people partying on street at 4 am. Very little sound proofing in windows.
Elevators were very congested. Staff need a dedicated elevator. Did get to meet some nice people while waiting for elevator.
