The place is clean, cleaning is every day, the staff was very polite and always on the line, providing recommendations where to try local dishes. There were great instructions on how to enter the place. The place is close to via Etnea and bus station.
The small mirror in our place was a bit broken. I wouldn’t recommend using the breakfast vouchers if you want to eat eggs and vegetables, but for coffee and croissant it’s totally okay

The room itself was nice and clean and it was very central
The area was littered and homeless people outside the building. Felt a bit unsafe at times
Also a big thing for me was the air con did not work properly so eventhough it was a very comfortable bed, I couldn’t sleep with the heat which is a pity because the room was lovely
