This non-smoking gated complex offers 2 dedicated parking spaces, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a lovely patio with picnic tables, umbrellas and built-in dual BBQ. My wife and I are snow birds and leave the midwest every winter. Staying in this condo is a fabulous beachfront experience. The backyard of the property is the Pacific ocean. Great shell collecting, sunrise and sunset walks in the sand and dolphin watching!

We had a fabulous front seat to the ever changing ocean views. Dolphins, surfers, high tide made dynamic entertainment. The berm was challenging on property but it goes away in March. Winter in Carpinteria is quiet, but never dull.
