Loved the location, so close to the beach with a lovely view. It was great that it had a kitchen and seating outside so we could enjoy the sunset and mornings. Perfect size for us. Our host came out to meet us when we got lost and was very helpful!
Only small niggle was that the bed wasn't the comfiest for an elderly lady but the sofa bed was a good alternative. Probably wouldn't be an issue for a younger person. However it was such a competitive price that this didn't deter us at all :)

- la localisation, on peut difficilement faire mieux. Studio situé sur le front de mer et très très proche du centre ville.
- le parking, gros plus pour une telle localisation.
Comme déjà relevé par d'autres, la salle de bain n'est pas de toute 1ère jeunesse mais elle est fonctionnelle. Le point négatif c'est l'absence de porte à la salle de bain qui limite l'intimité de la personne s'y trouvant. En lieu et place de la porte il s'agit d'une porte accordéon qui est cassé et qu'on ne peut fermer.
Mais le gros point négatif pour moi c'est l'isolation sonore, il n'y en a pas. Le studio se situe dans le hall d'entrée, on entend les personnes de l'immeuble entrer et sortir - et c'est peut dire qu'ils ne sont pas discrets. De plus on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'appartement du dessus (discussions, TV, Evacuation des WC etc...) donc ne compter pas dormir avant qu'eux n'aillent se coucher.
