We stayed here for two nights in Santorini, and we absolutely loved the hotel.
It’s a stunning, modernized property with a beautiful loft-style design. It’s not the typical Santorini hotel with all-white walls, and that’s actually what made it so special. The style reminded us a little of Mykonos and the beautiful villas there.
We stayed in a room with a private pool and an incredible balcony with a beautiful view. There was also a lot of greenery and palm trees in front of the balcony, but instead of blocking the view, it made the whole setting feel even more spectacular and atmospheric.
The service was excellent. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly, attentive, responsible and always happy to help. We also joined a yoga session during our stay, which we really enjoyed. The location where the yoga was held was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special.
The location is also fantastic — Oia is only about a 5–10 minute walk from the reception, so you can easily reach the centre on foot.
Our room was very clean, the views were beautiful, and overall we had a wonderful stay. We were also lucky to visit at the end of the season, when there were some great discounts on rooms with beautiful views, so the stay was absolutely worth the money we paid.
Definitely a place we would recommend and would happily stay at again!

Lokalizacja to strzał w 10. Cudowne zachody słońca i widok na morze to coś nie do zapomnienia. Obsługa bardzo miła
Generalnie kilka rzeczy mogloby się poprawić np. czas od zamówienia śniadania do otrzymania czasami wynosił 30 minut. Materace nad basenem głównym nie wyglądały na czyszczone. Wieczorem pan z obsługi przynoszący herbatę i pogodę na następny dzień, pukał i wchodził bez otrzymania pozwolenia szarpiąc za klamkę przez co było niezręcznie.Taras w pokoju który był tutaj wykupiony w opcji najdroższej byl położony tak że na jeden leżak nie padało w ogóle słońce co też było średnio komfortowe gdy chcieliśmy się opalać we dwójkę.

Liked the infinity pools and jacuzzis in the room.
The view from every room was excellent.
They had a pillow menu from which we could choose the right pillows for us.
The property is not far from the Oia town and the Ammoudi Bay - a short uphill walk to Oia, and a downhill walk to Ammoudi Bay.
The golf carts were easy to get for navigation within the property. The property was pretty walkable though for a fit individual.
The Alme restaurant had good food. However, they had no mechanism to block the Sun or provide blankets when it became too cold.
Room service menu was extremely limited which is surprising given the resort setting.
They were not very responsive over email. It took multiple emails and Booking.com texts to try and get an airport transfer scheduled. Apparently my email kept getting into their spam filter but that was a bit ridiculous after the 10th reply to the same email chain. They also required paying the airport transfer driver by cash which is not standard in 5 stars where we should be able to add it to the room charge and they figure out the payments behind the scenes with whoever the vendor is.
The check in process was excruciatingly long. I don't understand why every single person needs a whole thing to be filled out by myself when the IDs are already provided. Further, it wasn't like this was recording some useful info. Just clicking buttons. Their system was also unable to do the payments and had to be restarted to get it working. Longest check in experience I have ever encountered out of the 100s of hotels I have stayed in.
The room pools were very easily visible from the walking paths, so it wasn't private.
The housekeeping staff didn't really respect the Do Not Disturb sign. They kept coming into the room just after one knock.
The shower and toilets were quite far away from each other in the room.
The price is very high given the service mishaps.
