Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Primary renter must be age 25 or older. For stays that include a Friday or Saturday night, a three night minimum is required between April 1 and September 4. Five night minimum for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you find available dates in our calendar between other bookings that don't meet these minimum stay requirements, we generally make exceptions to fill them -- just ask!
