Phòng thì mình đánh giá 8 điểm thôi, nhưng mà anh chủ ở đây thật sự rất dễ thương. Mọi người đều nhiệt tính lắm. Mình may mắn khi chọn đúng nơi để nghỉ. Lần sau ghé HN chắc chắn mình vẫn sẽ ở đây

チェックアウト時間延長の対応も良かったです。
朝食は付きませんが近くにバインミーやフォーのお店がたくさんあり、探すのも楽しいです。
コンビニエンスストアも近くにあり便利です
掃除に入ってくれますが無料のミネラルウォーターも補充してくれると良いです。フロントまでもらいに行く必要があります。
部屋にゴミ箱がありませんでした。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good laundry service. Lots of nice coffee shops nearby
Room was not cleaned apart from once during my 3 week stay.

Everything
1) noise from outside there is. But not very strong and you can sleep.
2) noise from neighbors rooms/staff also there is and it is loudly. It disturbed sleeping
3) staff at the reception don't or bad speak English, but know how to use Google translate so it is not big deal
4) the bed sheets were not enough clean
