Cute little barn conversation. Studio style with separate shower room. The local Inn which can be reached via a private road serves excellent food.
Would benefit from some more outdoor furniture to make the most of the views and warm evening.

The property and location are heavenly. Fitted out with Spartan & excellent taste, it combines rural with fashionable. We could have happily spent most of our time just pottering around the property- but we were at a nearby festival (it’s excellently located for Hay). We did get to swim in the river once.
Minor niggle, but the crockery was not ideal - lack of plates, and the only bowls were huge.

An easy to find cottage with everything you need. Stunning views with peace and quiet. Our dog was welcome and had a great time. Hosts recommend a place to eat near-by- best meal I've had in years. Can't wait to return.

Very nice shower! Lovely!
Very nice, fresh new bedding & comfy bed.
Lovely coffee provided.
Gorgeous scenic view from the window.
All furniture & kitchen ware in the property seemed new & good quality. Plenty of hanging space and draw space for clothes.
They provided dressing gown & very nice smelling shower gel.
The room would have benefited from a cosier seating area - such as a sofa.
The bottom oven did not work.
The floor is concrete- which was not cosy, and slippery for dogs! Would benefit from more rugs to help with this.
The location is further from hay on wye than we were expecting- as it did say ‘in’ hay on wye, on the description.
As a dog friendly property making the patio space secure would have been really helpful & make the space more useable.
It did seemed over priced for the facilities that were on offer compared to other places we have stayed.
The corrugated roof was very noisy in the torrential rain!
