Welcome to Slice of Paradise, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home on Big Pine Key featuring beautiful open-water views, a private heated saltwater pool, guest boat dockage and dog-friendly accommodations. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this tropical retreat combines comfortable island living with the boating, fishing and outdoor lifestyle of the Lower Florida Keys.
OPEN-WATER VIEWS & OUTDOOR LIVING
The waterfront setting is the star of Slice of Paradise. Start your morning with coffee on the screened porch overlooking the water, spend the afternoon poolside, and wind down in the evening while enjoying tropical breezes and passing boats.
The private 25' x 10' heated saltwater pool is heated to approximately 84°F from November through April and ranges from approximately 3.5' to 4' deep. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a propane BBQ grill make outdoor living even easier.
BOATING & DOCKAGE
Bring the boat and enjoy 60' of canal frontage with guest dockage accommodating a boat up to 30', plus a fish-cleaning station with water.
The location provides access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico for fishing, diving, sandbar trips and exploring the Lower Keys by water.
Please note: The owner's boat and boat lift are not available for guest use. Guests are responsible for confirming their vessel can safely navigate local waterways and access the property's dockage before booking.

Inside, the home offers plenty of room for families and friends to spread out during an extended stay. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing and serving meals at home, including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster and blender.

Age & Occupancy: Booking guest must be 25+ and occupy the property for the entire reservation. Maximum occupancy is 8. Vacation rental use only; employee/worker housing is prohibited.
Pet Policy: Up to two approved dogs weighing 30 lbs. or less each are permitted with a $10/night pet fee. All reservations must complete BetterPet Passport after booking, whether bringing a pet, requesting accommodation for an assistance animal or confirming no animal will be present.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.
Pool: Pool heat is provided November through April and set to approximately 84°F. Actual temperature may vary with weather. Guests may not operate or tamper with pool equipment.

We had a wonderful stay at Slice of Paradise! Beautiful home with beautiful views! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the porches enjoying the water views, the nice breeze, and watching the key deer! The neighborhood was peaceful and so friendly. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, and cooling off in the pool. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The property management company was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely book this home again!

The house in it's self was was spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked with everyting you need for preparing a meal. The rooms were very spacious and the whole house was decorated very nicely. The location is perfect, overlooking the bay on one side and the canal on the other. No traffice other than the 4 houses past it. A lot of privacy. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Slice of Paradice is a good location for accessing places from Key West to Marathone! The house was very clean, accommodating and well stocked with kitchen items and household paper goods. Great view from the lanai. Oh, and make a visit to Kiki's restaraunt on Little Torch Key ... very good!
As for the pool, it needs some help with the maintenance. The skimmer never worked properly. A couple of attempts to get that corrected did not work! So we didn't use it more than twice! Otherwise a nice place.
