We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e., "Cancel for any reason") The dock and boat lifts are not available to anchor or moor any boats, wave runners, and other water vessels. There is a full time outside camera overlooking the dock at all times. LIABILITY WAIVER: Our property provides you with a unique opportunity for activities such as swimming, fishing, enjoy the outside decks, dock, pool, and fire table. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our channel partner and property management rules and rental agreement, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that inter-coastal waters, pool, docks, decks, stairs, fires, and boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim, we strongly recommend the use of life jackets. Additionally, because the water at the end of the dock is approximately 3' - 4' deep, no diving off the dock is allowed.
