While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed. Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold. We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds** We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit.
