The Space: The 'Queen Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. The Queen Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 14 guests between 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. Refresh and relax at the Jr. Olympic pool complete with pool-side cabanas or savor the onsite eateries offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and trendy cocktails. Guests can also enjoy an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed. Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold. We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds** We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit. This is a great rental for a large group of friends/family in a convenient location, can't beat having bathrooms for each bedroom!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room and space for everyone in our party. Loved having a room on the main floor for grandparents. Everything was in walking distance. The parking was a little tight for a large SUV but worked with the rental property and they recommended another spot that worked better that wasn’t being used during our stay. Would definitely stay again
