We had a problem with the jacuzzi and it was not resolved during our stay.

The view and the spacious room.
The fact that my mom got stuck in the shower and had a panic attack and had to scream for someone to help her. The door gets stuck with pressure with a handle smaller than a bottle cap. Thank god the shower had a window and thank god there was someone on the premises at the time to come help (the jacuzzi cleaner) since the reception has no one at all for most of the day.

The bed faced a wall of window with the view, right on the water, the room was clean, nice breakfast ( limited for gluten free).
No services. The location is between 2 towns, if you do not have a car you need to take a taxi everywhere. There was no restaurant or bar (misrepresented), ice, on the property. Beware no hand rails on stairs. The only staff ( nice) person leaves at 4pm. Not really a beach, hot tub was not on the deck facing the view ( misrepresented) but on the side facing a construction site).
