Quiet neibourhood.

Quiet neibourhood close to dog-friendly park. Comfortable beds. Apartment has all basic appliances. Quiet apartment despite average soundproofing.

Cannabis odour coming from above tenants. Living space crammed up by full-size fridge and washer/dryer. Utensils drawer cannot be opened if washer door closed. No dining area. kitchen table is positioned against wall. Cannot use if more than 2 people. The ad mentions 8 people can sleep. True, but living area is for 2. I would recommend sacrificing one bedroom (adjacent to living room) and knock out the wall so the living room can be pushed and make room for a dining area next to kitchnette. Sound of water running from water pipes. Insufficient hot water from shower.

clean with good staff !

quality/price is very good and the staff is always there so this is very nice. it was well cleaned and parking on the street is also an option.

in one of the two appartement if you are more than 2 the space to eat on the dinner table is very limited

Très forte odeur de canabis dans tout l’appartement et immeuble. L’appartement n’a pas été nettoyer avant notre arrivée, les draps de lit n’ont pas été changer.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix - nous y retournons sans problème!

Nos enfants sont scolarisés à la maison donc ce type d'hébergement était parfait pour nous permettre de préserver notre routine quotidienne. Lits confortable. Laveuse-sécheuse. Quartier plutôt tranquille. Parc pas loin. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié que notre petite chienne soit autorisée pour des frais raisonnables. Nous avons eu à communiquer de nombreuses fois avec la personne responsable - réponses claires, rapides et courtoises.

Comme il y a plus d'une unités louées dans cet immeuble, la cage d'escalier gagnerait à être maintenue plus propre et plus accueillante. Même si le logement est non fumeur, il y a régulièrement des odeurs de cigarette assez invasives et dérangeantes. Il n'y avait pas de torchons et guenilles pour la vaisselle (mais le reste de la cuisine était bien équipée). Aucun stationnement n'était disponible à notre arrivée tardive le premier soir (mais il y avait beaucoup de place dans la rue juste en face et c'était libre les autres soirs).

good place to stay for Halloween

the apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the water pressure in the shower was good

the 3 story walk up was filled with dead bugs and cobwebs. the windows didn’t open and it was stuffy. odd view of a cemetery

Lovely stay , lovely neighbour

Lovely clean property, decorated so nice and really comfortable. Stayed on the top floor , felt safe. The neighbour Paul is so lovely he lives in the middle flat and is such a nice guy , made us feel extra safe and felt like if we needed anything he would be there.

Parking is to the right of the building but isn’t marked clearly , so just got a bit confused and blocked someone in , maybe some markings on the drive way would help locate where to park. But overall a great place to stay if staying in this area

Apartment was clean and well furnished one. TV, beds,rooms and living room along kitchen, everything was good. Parking and getting into unit is very easy. Very close to downtown. Thank you for taking care of the garbage disposal. Overall very good and comfy experience.

Bad

The fridge was very, very dirty. There was a rotten tomato in it. Sheets and towels were very old. The air conditioning was bad and the rooms were very hot. The space of the house was smaller than it is in the picture. On the last day, at nine o'clock in the morning, water started leaking from the air conditioner of the bathroom upstairs, so that we could not use the bathroom and toilet, and when we informed them, no one came at all while we were there. Also the kitchen equipment was very limited.

Stay away from this property, if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Not a thing. I thought I was going to throw up when entering the building and the room. Renting this property a big mistake.

The building is constantly smelled Marijuana. The hallway was dirty and littered with flyers. Wet laundry was still in the washing machine when we arrived. Who is in the right mind putting a washer and a dryer in the kitchen, next to the stove! The bathroom had old and sour odor, it is infested with crawling creatures. The bedsheets were smelly. Yikes! Never again. I am not sure why so many give this property such as a high rating.

The house is overall clean and comfortable. It is worth the price.

The unit is recently renovated. It's clean and well equipped. The ref was brand new and clean. The washer and dryer were functional and clean too. All the dishes were washed before our arrival. It has a big tv connected to Netflix.

The door lock was a bit loose and like someone had tried to get in by force before. Although the unit at 2nd floor was completely clean the main entrance door of the house was not. The unit needs aircon for summer.

Despite being deemed smoke free - it reeked of smoke - and then was covered up by vanilla air freshener- we had to open up all windows for one day and it was still not fresh- would have preferred it being cleaned a bit better - no shampoo

a great place however windows need to have screens so they can be opened for ventilation. the front door also need to be

Lack of ventilation. no screens on the windows so having a child it did not feel safe to open the windows to get some air into the room and couldn’t really open windows much as bugs would get in the room. couldn’t find thermostat so not sure if A/C was available.

Short 12 hour overnight stay. Lovely place. Highly recommend.

The suite was very nice. Very spacoius, clean and comfortable.

Stairs up to the suite. No clothes storage in the bedroom.
