The location was great and it was very quiet at night.

Vicinity to stores, quiet, staff was very nice. Room was nice and large and the Air conditioner was very refreshing in 38C weather
Water pressure for the shower wasn’t strong which was a bit frustrating when trying to get ready for a funeral

Convenient location on a main artery. What I did appreciate: the bathroom was immaculate, the room clean, the bed pretty comfortable, at a rate that was comparatively standard - and those aspects are the ones that mattered most in my situation. I also could park my motorbike right in front of my room at the back of the motel, so it wasn't in clear sight of the street.
Ugly surrounding area, with absolutely no effort to make the outside of the motel be welcoming or aesthetically pleasing. Very "barren" look. The patio screendoor had some gaps in the screen and it wouldn't close completely. One of the bedside lamps didn't work.
