Location, amenities.
Room could be a bit bigger. Bathroom was outdated. Fireplace wouldn’t turn off. Room
was too warm. Neighbor was loud. Walls were thin I could hear the people next door.

Good location
The floors were filthy, everything else seemed clean. Extremely noisy due to traffic and thin walls. There needs to be sound machines in each of the bedrooms as well as downstairs.
