everyone is friendly and welcoming. The lobby and common areas are comfortable, and the pool, gym, activity room are all centrally located. We had a toddler with us, and the activity room was great for him. The outdoor area with cornhole games, soccer ball, and BBQs was perfect for little kids to play outside.
I would prefer to park my own car and not pay $30 valet fee each day. That said, the valet service was prompt and well run.

Location
1: parking fee which was 10% of room cost per night.
2: the undisclosed resort fee of $78, another 10% charge
3: water on floor from frig having been turned off to defrost. Requiring maintenance to clean up.
4: bath body wash empty but already in shower. Had to call maintenance.
5: clothes dryer on second floor error code SE, heat sensor problem. Clothes never dried. Reported.
6: the condo desk offered a lake cruise if we listened to a short sales pitch. I wasn’t there to be bothered.
