Initially we received a room where the heating system did not work. Then we changed rooms where the heater did work.
I’m still awaiting refund from my initial deposit fee. Will give it a week before contacting them.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente
Se ve mejor en fotos que en realidad como es el hotel en persona. Ofrecen un desayuno y no tienen todo completo, incluso faltaban cucharas, cubiertos, fruta, el desayuno era incompleto.
