The fact they couldn't bring us more towels when asked shortly after checkin.Property is outdated.

We check in late so I called the property. They just put the keys on the box.
I ask for assistance & they able to solve it.
I asked also regarding the modification of the dates of stay & the property was helpful.
The sheets have some stains. There was a small 🕷️ spider in our bed.

Elevation Lodge is in a nice location on the main drag about a mile and half from State Line where the gambling joints are along with many restaurants, shops and crowds. It's an older 'motel' like structure with plenty of parking. Friends joined us so I was able to see both a king size room and a double queen room. Both were very clean, smelled clean and were well made up. Also, the rooms were a nice size and comfortable. Anna, at the front desk, was kind and welcoming. There were several places up and down the street and across the street to eat and meander through for shopping. I recommend this place for those of us who are on a budget but need a night out
Elevation lodge was a bit worn down here and there and could use a paint touch up. There was not a lot of decoration but there were coffee fixins and clean linen in the bath. It was also quiet. I did not expect a fancy place but did expect a clean place with a comfortable bed and got those.

It was close enough to the venue of the concert since we knew we would be ubering.
I called before 4pm and no one is there to answer. I ended up driving to the location to see if I could get an early check in… signs posted on the door says “no early check in before 4” and then # to call.
I booked a queen bed for 2 and was only provided 1 body towel, 2 hand towels, and 1 face towel.
No one in office to ask for extra towels.
