Price was good place cleaned bed was comfortable
No air conditioner..but we had 2 fans..we're weren't here during day..so we were ok when we got back cause it was not hot.

Clean for an older motel. On the main drag. Host was accommodating when asking for a downstairs room.
Being on the main drag heard traffic noise. No A/C but two big fans that helped keep the air circulating.

Great location near lake Tahoe.
Room did not have AC and was quite hot.
Noisy place by been near the road.
