This apartment was exactly as shown in the profile picture. A clean, modern, and well-maintained apartment. It was great to have a working air-conditioning especially during the hot summer. Great location, close to two stations, one only two minutes walk and Oriente station about 15 minutes, supermarkets and shopping mall close by. Easy connections to Lisbon centre, Belem, Sintra and airport. Lovely balcony and view. On a popular traffic route so there is the occasional noise but wasn't a problem because the flat has double glaze. The hosts were responsive to queries, via email or WhatsApp.
The lighting in the corridors/floor lobby area could be improved. I had to use my phone's Torchlight to be able to enter the code for the door to the apartment. Also, the knob on the lever to switch from tap to shower is broken. It was a slight inconvenience compared to how good other facilities in the apartment were, so would be good to have this fixed.

it's just OK.
bed was not clean. I found hair on bed. I asked the sofa to be made into bed, they confirm and they didn't do it.
