Upon entering this home, you will see the beautiful living room with its adobe-style decorative fireplace and modern finishes. The living room and kitchen flow together while connecting the formal dining room that seats eight. Stainless steel appliances and stocked kitchenware are ready for the chefs of your group. Those who want to be a part of the cooking action can sit at the island with its three bar seats. There are two wings of bedrooms in the main home at Adobe Modern. On the left when entering the home, you will find the master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a separate full bathroom. Past the kitchen, there are two queen bedrooms, a queen bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom. In the casita, there is a shared living space with a king bed and upstairs in the loft area are two full-sized beds. Close in proximity to high-end shopping, entertainment, and exclusive golf courses. This home is nearby Scottsdale Airport and is in the flight path for take-off and landing. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. No Pets Allowed Electric Pool heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily. If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there is WYZE cameras located at the front door, garage door, and both sides of the house. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
