The passes will be on shelf with beach towels. Passes must be returned to this cabinet. There is a $100 fee for a missing or lost beach pass! Beach umbrella and chairs available for your use in outdoor shed. Items must be returned to shed. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to Ocean Beach Park! Minutes to downtown…. Ferries to Block Island and Long Island. Train to Boston or New York. Other nearby attractions are Mystic Village, Seaport, vineyards, Casinos, Coast Guard Academy and Museum, Connecticut College and more! The space New Listing!!!! Quiet safe neighborhood close to Ocean Beach Park! 1 king bedroom en-suite bath with marble shower. 1 queen bedroom. 1 bunk room with 4 twins. This level also has the kitchen/dining, living room with electric fireplace and game room with pool table, games, and seating. 3 smart TVs… 1 55” and 2 50”…. Sign in to your streaming accounts . Lower level has open rec room w bar and queen sleeper sofa and separate office with a daybed/ trundle (. 2 twins) Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee, toaster, blender. Fenced in back yard with covered patio with lots of seating, hammock, fire-pit (bring own wood or duraflame)… Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and space for lawn games ( cornhole game for your use). Kayak access area a few blocks away ( bring your own kayaks) Port a crib and baby gate are kept in closet under stairs. Guest access Entire house and yard. Garage is for owner storage and is not part of rental. Check-in is 4:00 pm….Check-out is 10:00 am Garage is for owners storage and not part of rental. Please no children in shed… also, driveway has retaining walls. Children must be supervised in front yard. Pet friendly with $150 pet fee. Max 2 dogs… 65 lb. Max. Dogs must not stay alone, uncrated in house. Backyard is gated, but guests must check that gates are shut, and watch their dogs. Guest must pick up any dog waste from yard. Dogs must be treated with flea and tick treatment. No pets allowed on furniture or beds. If evidence of this found, that may incur extra cleaning fee. There is only one security camera, which is outside pointing to entry/driveway.

We loved the house!! It was exactly like the pictures. Lots to do, play, and watch. Beds are super comfy, the fireplace was pretty. We had a fire out back and made s’more’s. Best couch ever! Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for a weekend trip as a family getaway. The check in process was simple and easy as well as communication with the host via text message. The house was clean and spacious as we had 9 people stay here. Nice neighborhood on a culdasac road and very quiet. They provided a numerous amount of games as well as a pool table which we enjoyed. The outside area was very nice if you have good weather.

Our family stayed in this Lovely home the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The house is spacious and bright. Every bed is comfortable, even the trundle bed and bunk beds. We slept well, which was so important. We had a crazy weather weekend and the heat and ac both worked perfectly. The trundle bed is in its own room, which we didn’t realize, and that was a great haven for our teenager. There was plenty of space with both upstairs and ground level living rooms. All of the bridesmaids came over on Saturday morning and there was room for all 8 of them, the bride, and us to get ready. The furnishings were very comfy. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are lovely and would have been great to enjoy if we hadn’t had so much rain and so much busyness. We were walking distance to the beach, which we also didn’t get to, due to our very busy schedule. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the kind owners.

Great families get together after the pandemic. It was so good to be together and have family fun and food together. The house provided the best environment with indoor outdoor spaces. The owner was great. They checked in to make sure we had everything.

We had 3 parents with one kid each in town for a volleyball tournament. We slept well on the comfy beds, enjoyed some chill time by the bonfire and TV. Appreciated the open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. And the beach walks in our downtown. Wonderful spot we enjoyed immensely.
