We had a great stay at Alaskabay! The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach just across the street. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the price, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool and pool table were also great additions and definitely worth mentioning. Overall, Alaskabay offers great value for money, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Grundsätzlich gute zentrale Lage und Strandnähe. Schicke Dachterrasse auf der das Frühstück serviert wird.
Aufgrund der Lage sehr sehr sehr laut. Die Flure des Hotels sind offen Richtung Straße und es klingt als würde man direkt auf der Straße schlafen (Die ganze Nacht Verkehr und Hupen). Disko Musik schallt direkt von gegenüber Richtung Hotel mit maximaler Lautstärke bis spät in die Nacht. Schlafen ist kaum möglich.

Location is excellent. Rooms are small but modern. Pool was nice and they have pool towels. Rooftop with 8-ball was good.
Received a message at 8am saying our rooms are ready. We arrived around 12pm to find that was a lie. Only one of 3 rooms were ready. They asked us to wait half hour but it wasn’t until 4pm that we got our rooms. They said it’s because they accepted money from previous guest for late checkout. Which meant they sacrificed our booking for their own gain.
Made us pay cash for rooms and breakfast even though they had a sign displayed saying they accept cards.
Breakfast was Terrible. Do not bother. Food was cold, not fresh and very minimal.
Last morning we had no water. Couldn’t use the toilet or shower. Poor communication from the hotel.
