We had an amazing holiday at Surf Bay Hotel. Kaiyoom is an excellent host who makes you feel right at home.
He gave us plenty of great tips, helped us find a tuk-tuk driver and rentals, showed us the best spots, and was always happy to have a nice chat.
The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Superb speed WiFi. Overall, it was great value compared to most other places around.
The location couldn’t be better if you’re planning to get a good night’s sleep—there are no clubs or parties on this street. At the same time, it’s right by the beach and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants.
Also, Kaiyoom knows a hungry surfer when he sees one, and the late breakfasts after our morning sessions really made our days. We even extended our stay by one more night.
