Very clean room, nice lounge, walkable distance to subway and bus stops
There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom and shower that got better once I turned on the ventilation

This was our favourite hotel in Japan - beautiful, clean room, fantastic location in Kyoto, amazing lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, and for a fantastic price too. Staff were wonderful and welcoming at all times too.

We liked the location, the staff were friendly, the breakfast and evening drinks were good
The room had a smell that would not go away, was very worn for a few building, the bathroom was dirty even after cleaning, and we don’t think the things we like about the hotel constitute the high prices (value for money)
