Can walk to Colosseum but bus is super easy. Staff very keen to help with directions and what to do etc

Francesco made my mum and I feel so at home on our one night stay! From the second we walked in we were greeted and given the absolute best service we experienced in Rome. We were given a ground floor room which was very spacious and clean, with its own patio are! The breakfast was included in our room and we had a lovely array of pastries, yogurt & fresh juice, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was most helpful. We then checked out and were able to keep our bags here while we explored, before being greeted back in with refreshments after a busy day, while we waited on our taxi back to the airport! Francesco also gave us a map and told us how to travel to the best parts of Rome & how to do it via the bus which helped us a lot! I would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again! Lovely staff & hotel! Thanks again Lauryn & Linda ☺️

Cleanliness was below our expectations (based on the reviews)
Air conditioning was not strong enough during our August stay (around 40°C outside); the room stayed around 29°C even at night
Noise from the neighboring room, including early-morning showers at 6:00 am (The noise issue may have been specific to the room we stayed in)
