A really handy location in the vicinity of Colosseum. A nice, tidy room and a good shared kitchen.

Flavio is an amazing host.. excellent communications right from the outset. Very accomodating. For first timers to Rome, we were in an ideal spot to get to our tour operators, restaurants down the road and on every corner.
** Not a reflection on the accomodation **
The streets are really narrow and when we were dropped at our accomodation we had to hurry because traffic was coming up the road… this is a direct reflection on the accomodation more just heads up for your transport /drop off vehicles

Location and the responsiveness of Flavio. He is very helpful and friendly. Really nice.
The bathroom is too small and the second set of keys were not working well.
